A common issue is not to receive your activation link when you subscribe to a new account in Zyte or when you forgot your password and trying to send re-activation link.
Normally we send our activation (re-activation) links through our mail email@example.com and you need to search if your mail provider didn't has set as SPAM by default.
Search in your SPAM folder. If you can't find the link, mark our mail as secure and try again.
