It depends on the application in question, but in most cases the following configuration details can be used:
Proxy Host: proxy.zyte.com
Proxy Port: 8011
Proxy User: <Zyte Smart Proxy Manager API Key (found in the Smart Proxy Manager account's setup page)>
Proxy Pass: <a dummy password or none at all (left blank)>
