GitHub Student Developer Pack benefit not activated

Hello,

I signed up for Zyte through the GitHub Student Developer Pack, and my GitHub Education student benefits are active.

However, in my Zyte account under Billing / Subscriptions, I see:
"You do not have any active subscriptions."

The GitHub Student Developer Pack offer should include one free Scrapy Cloud unit with unlimited crawl time and 120-day data retention.

I signed up through the student offer flow, but the Scrapy Cloud student entitlement has not appeared on my account.

Could you please help verify my GitHub Student eligibility and activate the Scrapy Cloud student benefit?
