Are you still facing the issue of not able to deploy? As you are a paying customer you can contact Support through Dashboard > Help > Contact Support.

I'm trying to deploy mu code on scrapingHub, I've imported JSON request from scrapy.http package
but when i'm doing shub deploy I have this error :
i'm using this stack scrapy:1.6-py3
If someone can help me with to solve this issue :)
