I'm newbie with the Scapinghub (and I'm loving it )

I have one spider on Scapinghub that works fine but I don't have items 

I followed also suggestions posted inside this discussions (https://support.scrapinghub.com/support/discussions/topics/22000010172) but no way.

Locally works fine.

Someone could help me about that ?

I activated DEBUG mode and I found an issue inside parameters when I run the spider
