The Crawlera account takes upto 5 minutes to get fully provisioned. I have tested the API key and its working fine. I would request you to check if any firewalls are set and blocking Crawlera.

Seems like you were using the Scrapinghub API found on the Account settings instead of the Crawlera API.

Sorry, I can't find any support contact details.
I've set up a new account. Simple curl request doesn't return any data using the format and API key and different targets as per KB article.
