Troubleshooting access issues for the support portal

If you are facing issues accessing our support portal, please try the following steps to fix the issue.


  1. Clear cache and cookies from your browser
    1. Please refer to this article on how to clear your cache and cookies. Although the article is written specifically for the Chrome browser, the keyboard shortcuts are usually the same for other browsers as well.
  2.  Login to app.zyte.com
    1. Go to https://app.zyte.com/account/login and enter your username and password.
  3. Access the support portal via this link: support.zyte.com
    1. Once you are on the support portal, simply click on the Login button on the top right corner and it should automatically log you in to the support portal if you were able to successfully login earlier in the previous step on app.zyte.com.
    2. If you were able to successfully login to the support portal as well, you will notice the login button is replaced with your name from your user profile.
  4. Once you are able to successfully login to the support portal in the previous steps, you can confirm access to the tickets with the links below.
    1. https://scrapinghub.freshdesk.com/support/ticketsfor all existing tickets
      1. If you are trying to access existing tickets, please ensure you have selected the right dropdown menu options.
    2. https://scrapinghub.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new for creating new tickets


If the problem persists, please reach out to your account manager or send as email at [email protected] with the specific link of the ticket you are facing problems with. For example: https://support.zyte.com/support/tickets/12345, https://support.zyte.com/a/tickets/12345, etc.
