Cannot add team member to our organisation's project

I am a member of a project created by our organization. Everyone in my team is logged in with his organization email. I was added very easily to the project members recently. The problem we face now is with another colleague that we couldn't add to the members of the project despite the fact that he created his Zyte account with our organization email.
For your information I got this error when I tried to add him : Something went wrong try again later.
I tried 24h later and still didn't work.
For your information, when the user is logged in his doesn't see our organization name in his profile on the top right of the screen despite the fact that he created his Zyte account with our organization email. (user name is : gaelcharrier)
