Member of organization but unable to use Smart Proxy Manager

I am part of an organisation that supposedly has already subscribed to the service (Credit card details entered and free trial tier activated). However, I do not have access to the Smart Proxy Manager. I am suspecting that there is a step we have not completed. How do we check?


Personalized support is also not available. So maybe that is another clue.

Fixed. We didn't subscribe to the Smart Proxy Manager.
