No any other additional info provided. But it was automatically prolonged earlier for a month (2023-10-30, we still can see it in the Billing history). And we did not cancel the subscription via personal account
An extra surprise is, you cannot write directly to the support since you don't have an active subscription anymore (the disappearance of which is precisely the reason for the appeal)
