Our subscription was cancelled by the system 9 days after payment without any reason

 Hello! We use zyte proxy for more than a year. Yesterday we've got an email from [email protected]:


Your subscription has ended

We're sorry to see you go. We hope you enjoyed using our service. Remember, you can come back any time you like.

Cancellation date

08-Nov-2023


No any other additional info provided. But it was automatically prolonged earlier for a month (2023-10-30, we still can see it in the Billing history). And we did not cancel the subscription via personal account


An extra surprise is, you cannot write directly to the support since you don't have an active subscription anymore (the disappearance of which is precisely the reason for the appeal)


Could someone please contact us and solve the issue?
