Pretty bummed out at this company.  I have tried requesting to cancel my membership, I've NEVER heard back from anyone.  You charged me before my 14 day trial was over.  I can't access the "support" because it doesnt show I have a subscription!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I have to leave this ticket??? I've tried email all the contact emails I can find.  Nothing.  You charged me AGAIN for the 2nd time the $60 that now I'm having the cancel my card while on a work trip!!!!!!!!  I've never been able to use my subscription because it doesnt show that i have one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
