Account Suspended?

Trying to use the API today, and it says my account is suspended.  

Logging in, the only option I have is to "Try free with $5 credit", and the money I have in my account appears to be gone. I am unable to contact technical support because I guess I don't have a subscription anymore, and clicking on the trial link does nothing. (it just re-opens the page I am already on)

It also appears that my API key changed, like I am in a completely different account now, although it still remembers my billing history and name.

Hmmm... and now the Zyte API isn't an option under tech support topics either, so I guess I'll file it under a random category.

What is going on here?
