Where did you find help? They make it nearly impossible to receive help with billing problems.
Yes, thanks. That form works. It is not possible to find it unless your account is marked as paid. Apparently they also have a billing email address which is well hidden. I don't understand a company that makes it so hard to get your billing resolved.
Since I added a new creditcard and removed the old card, no more payments have been made. Can you solve this?
