Yes, thanks. That form works. It is not possible to find it unless your account is marked as paid. Apparently they also have a billing email address which is well hidden. I don't understand a company that makes it so hard to get your billing resolved.

Since I added a new creditcard and removed the old card, no more payments have been made. Can you solve this?
Our subscription was terminated due to a billing issue, but the card on file has been used successfully in the past.
This is a critical service, and we're unable to renew it on our own - or find another of contacting you. Please reply ASAP.

Where did you find help? They make it nearly impossible to receive help with billing problems.
