Haven't received the promised refund

Hello. I had asked for a refund on my $29 starter smart proxy manager package. I got a reply from Zyte support saying it will be credited to my bank account in a few business days but I still havent received the funds yet. Can you please tell me the status of that refund. Thanks in advance!
