Unable to update credit card details

Hi, Our account is suspended due to our card being cancelled so I can't access the customer support. Can you please create a ticket. 

When I try to update the credit card details, I get a message saying a verification message has been sent to a phone number ending **123. This is not one of our phone numbers, and I can't see anywhere in the profiles to check what phone numbers are entered. Please contact me to help update the payment so our account can be reactivated. Thanks
