Subscription Cancelled but was charged for another unused month

Hi, I was charged for a month of subscription after I cancelled my subscription.

Not sure if there is something wrong with the ticketing system, I haven't gotten any response after 6 days.

Please help.

Thank you for getting back to me and process the full refund.

I understand the delay must be due to the holiday schedule.
