First deploy and module error

Hi, I'm trying to deploy my first spider - when doing shub deploy, I get a module error - but strangely the module refers to the name of my project, not any python module ('xxxxx'):

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'xxxxx'

Any advice - have I screwed up something with my folder structure?
