Any plans for two factor authentication, configuration by code?

Would definitely like the extra security provided by two factor auth.
In terms of configuration by code, it would be nice if we could configure our projects, jobs, etc. using some yml or json configuration file entirely rather than have to go through the UI - or have as much of this be done in a config file as possible.
