Hi Zyte Team,
We have a subscription of Scrapy Cloud with 5 units and have been facing an issue where the page loads indefintely without any response for minutes. I am attaching a screenshot of the same. While sometimes, we are able to resovle this by reloding the page 2-3 times, however, most of the times we need to retry after some hours.
Also I have noticed a message pop-up displayed in RED on the right side showing Unable to retrieve billing data. I am not sure whether this is related to the original issue but also attaching a snapshot of this as well.
We are having hard time to run our crawlers on your platform, hence request you to look into this on priority.
