Trying to login to account after switch from scrapinghub to zyte....

I logged into scraping hub last week and everything was there.... Now I cannot even login to Zyte - please see screenshot.

Hello,

This is a known issue when you are a member of Project but not of that Org. I see that you have access to another Orgs under your profile.

Can you please try to open https://app.zyte.com/o/244926 and let me know if you are able to login.

You can bookmark this Org or ask the admin of the Org to add you as member to this Org.

Thank you for your response. I am not sure about the Project/ Org - as far as I was aware we owned everything...

The link does not work for me... I cannot even login to the dashboard to raise a ticket.

Do you work for Zyte?

OK I am now in the dashboard, but the scraping tools I had are no longer there.... Having paid for these to be developed I would like to find out how to retrieve them!!!
