Getting billing charges despite cancelled trial (and deactivated account)

Hi,


I am still getting billed for a trial that I cancelled in the meantime.


The item shows up on my credit card as:

SCRAPINGHUB P31DW66 IRL Computer Netzwerke/Info Services 11.03.2021 Kurs 0.9428 vom 11.03.2021 Bearbeitungszuschlag 1.50%

Another charge was made today, same reference (I assume P31DW66 is the customer nr?).


This must be for either account wolfgang_bessler or wolfgang_bessler2, both of which had trials that I cancelled. The second account I closed, and cannot reactivate now for some reason, so I cannot lookup the billing history...


Please check and refund to my registered credit card.
