How to dynamically change our inputs prior to running scheduled jobs

Hi,
New to Scrapy cloud and trying to get up to speed quickly but cant seem to find the right source on my topic.
Short version uploaded Scrapy project to the cloud, it included a CSV input file that provides all the critical input data for the scraper and feeds data to the output.
Ran and works great.
Now my next step is to be able to dynamically change that input data. I don't care if it is CSV or some other means just trying to figure out the terminology to how most people would tackle this so I can learn about it.
