Cannot Reactivate account after paying a new subscription


I've payed a new subscription for my account after a few months of inactivity, but I cannot reactivate it. It is still suspended and I'm not able to provision a new Crawlera account. Also, I cannot reach Support, even after the payment has been made.

Would you mind checking this ASAP? I really need the service up and running before the weekend.
