Hi,
Kindly create a ticket next time for such issues instead of posting it in the forums as our support team doesn't actively monitor them. Forums are for general technical discussion among users, not for requesting help on platform-related issues. I'm converting this discussion to a ticket.

Yeah... provisioning a Smart Proxy account subscription is stuck in provisioning for 30 minutes. Is that normal?
