Dear Sir or Madam,


I started a trial with Crawlera as I had a big project in minde. Then I forgot about it because the project was postponed until next year for various reasons. 


The problem is, without any notice prior to charging me at the end of the trial like any other company do, I saw the charge made on my account.

 

Now I haven't used the service at all since I signed up for the trial and I kindly ask you for a refund.
