Account suspended

 I haven't reached my limit of allowed requests and my account has been disabled? please answer ASAP.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused due to the outage.

Platform team had activated the plans that were accidentally suspended yesterday. I have confirmed that your account is active now.

There's been a service outage. The status page says that a fix has been implemented, but my plan is still suspended. I can't open a support ticket because of that, which is frustrating.

I got similar issue. My plan is also suspended. I can't do anything about it. Please help. It affects the system I developed.

My account still suspended now although today is next billing cycle date?Please advise and reactivate

The account renews at the same time as the 1st subscription was made like for your account its 6th of every month at around 22.50UTC. 

I have reviewed your account and its renewed and active.
