Mt GitHub education account in Scrappinghub does not have what they offer

I've signed with the GitHub education support link that GitHub provided me on sign up with Scrapinghup. However, the account in Scrapinghub does not have the features that are mentioned in the GitHub education package. The Scrapinghub account has a 1 unit for spiders but it only runs for 1h and stops after 1h. But as mentioned in the education package "1 Free Forever Scrapy Cloud Unit - unlimited team members, projects or requests. Unlimited crawl time and 120 day data retention.". Is there something I have to do in order to get things done correctly?
