Is that Scrapy Cloud uses own IP's for crawling the data ?

Hi Team,
I have deployed my spiders to scrapy cloud. So after run is that scrapy cloud will use their ip's to scrape the data? and ip will static or change in every request. Also if we don't want to use the Crawlera and if i use other proxies or rotation of proxies, then what could be the solution and approaches.
