Unfortunately the billing system is not working and it is not possible to add more instances. Support notified about that 3 days ago, nothing happens.
After small 'we are working on it" this morning, no reply for the rest of whole business day.

I see that we have resolved your issue in the support ticket. We are very sorry for the delay. We have round the clock support for new tickets, but once a ticket gets assigned to an Engineer, the concerned Engineer owns the ticket and works during their business hours. We don't usually have such delays that you experienced, but in this particular situation, we happened to have an Engineer that was working in a different timezone. Thanks for your feedback, we will strive to improve our service and response times. We are revamping our billing page in Dashboard with improved usability and address the bugs such as the ones you have come across. This is our top priority.
