We have a unpaid bill and we can`t find how can be possible make retry 

Monthly subscription

Crawlera C200

Billing period: Mar 7 - Apr 7, 2020

Hello, we have collected payment for the unpaid March invoice and also reactivated the subscription, which generated a new invoice for the new billing period (the billing date was also changed from the 7th to the 30th due to this). Please let us know if this is what you wanted to achieve or if there is anything else you need help with.

Adriana, hi.

We planned pay unpaid bill, but we not planned use service right now.

Please cancel subscription and rollback last transaction on 500$, it is possible?
