Hello, we have collected payment for the unpaid March invoice and also reactivated the subscription, which generated a new invoice for the new billing period (the billing date was also changed from the 7th to the 30th due to this). Please let us know if this is what you wanted to achieve or if there is anything else you need help with.

Hi, thanks for clarifying and apologies for the misunderstanding. I have cancelled the subscription and refunded the $500.

We planned pay unpaid bill, but we not planned use service right now.
Please cancel subscription and rollback last transaction on 500$, it is possible?
