Please Help

I am getting error using spider - Ignoring response <407 https://www.konga.com/category/laptops-5230>: HTTP status code is not handled or not allowed.

Hello,

407 is the Bad Authorization Error. I see that Crawlera is enabled and API key is provided. This Is the crawlera API key and not the Scrapinghub account API. Hence you get the error. To get the Crawlera API key, you would need to subscribe to Crawlera through the Billing Page and refer the Crawlera set up page.

You mean when i select any subscription plan then it will be resolved.. OR i need to do anything else. Please help me..if you can.

Yes, when you subscribe to Crawlera, a Crawlera account would be provisioned. For this crawlera account, under the set up Instruction you would find the Crawlera API key. This API key needs to be used in the Crawlera addon page.
