Paid for ScrapyCloud but can't access help or my unit

Hi Team


I just bought a Scrapy Cloud unit for $9USD but I can't seem to be able to use it. I bought the unit, ran my spider and it cancelled after 1 hour. I also can't use the contact support option from the dashboard so I can't raise a ticket.


How long does it take for a purchased unit to be added to my profile?

Hi Will,


You have 2 organizations: 318995 and 315990. You bought the unit for organization 318995 but you are running jobs in organization 315990.

The easiest way to solve this would be to deploy your projects in the organization with the unit.

You can switch organization from your profile dropdown in the top right of the dashboard.
