Why scrapy cloud is so slow compairing with my onw server

Please find below desc.
I am now subscribe 2 instances of scrapy cloud, however i found the speed is also very slow comparing with the running speed in my local server(I know I can do concurrent job with 2 parallel tasks).
U see in the above pic, it almost cost 8 hrs to do 2000+ requests.
was i making any wrong config OR missing anything?
