We have unsubscribed from Crawlera, but still are being billed. How can we identify which account is getting billed for? We checked the emails known to us. Maybe some other account is tied up to our account by some means. Please get back to us. There is no easy way to contact your customer support after unsubscribing. Hence leaving a message in this forum. The transaction id is P31ED34.

Hi Raghuram, we have sent you an email asking a few questions so we can identify the billed user.
The organization from your user was last billed on Jan 24 2020 and the subscription looks cancelled.

Hi,
We went back to our debit and credit card statements, and noticed that scrapinghub has been deducting money from both credit and debit cards since June 2018. Prior to June 2018, we used to pay by debit card. We switched payment to credit card in June 2018 and the credit card started getting deducted from June 2018.
Below are transaction details for latest months. Here, you will see that we are being billed on Feb 29th on debit card though we cancelled our account. For the prior month, you will also see that we were billed twice - once on debit card on Jan 30th and on credit card on Jan 24th.
We don't recall having two accounts with Scraping hub. Please look into this. If we were billed twice due to accounting bug, please refund the money that was erroneously deducted since mid 2018.
