Refund request

Hi Scraping Hub Team,


We've put in our credit card on 22 October while thinking of using the service.

I thought I canceled it a while ago by pressing Cancel Subscription before the trial ended. It turns out the subscription wasn't canceled as there's a need to press Update Subscriptions in the a button at the bottom of the screen (UI is very confusing here)


We didn't use the service at all


Please refund us.
