Also, it's sort of weird that you guys force us to create public tickets/topics to officially request refunds. Seeing a bunch of "request for refund" topics in the forums isn't exactly a confidence booster..

Hi Austin, thank you for the suggestion. Apologies for not being clear in the Trials Solution Article, we have just updated it to reflect that the request for refund should be made before cancelling the subscription, as opening support tickets is only available for paying customers.
However, we are aware that this is not ideal and we are actively working on having a better option in place soon.
