Team,

Is there any time limit to use my credit balance? Would you be able to advise on this?

For example, the credit limit will be used on or before particular date from the date of credited.

There are no expires, I will use the credit balance whenever I need.

I am looking forward to here from you.

Hello,

The credit notes exprire in 12 months as per our Terms of Services (section 5.5 Service Credits).

" Your credits may be used at any time during the 12-month period following your downgrade or termination of Services. "

You would need to use the credit balance within 12 months from the date of credited.
