We've accidentally create an account and seems cannot delete it from the UI. Could you help to remove it? account : shopback-c200

Hello,

As you are a paying customer, you can reach out to Suppor team by navigating to Help and then "Contact Support".

I am converting this topic to Ticket and one of our Support Engineers would assist you at the earliest.
