Refund never issued

One of your support members was supposed to issue a refund for our account last month, but we have not seen the credit on our bank statement.


I can't submit a private ticket since my account is no longer a paid account, can you please issue the refund?

Apologies, the credit was allocated to you splash invoice instead of being refunded. I've issued the full refund now.
