From the error info send from scrapinghub into my desktop console,i knew that python2.7 used now on scrapinghub, The attatchment shows that all python libs were built on python2.7.

This is already possible, just change the deployed stack to a py3 stack https://support.scrapinghub.com/support/solutions/articles/22000200387-deploying-python-3-spiders-to-scrapy-cloud
