Scrape being blocked by Distil

Hi

We are having trouble trying to collect data from a website that is using Distil as bot prevention. Do you have a way round this?

I (also) need to scrape a site that's using Distil. Can anyone share working strategies? I'm getting 503 errors straight out of the gate :\
