Refund of the unused portion

1. All my subscriptions are cancelled

2. I will not be billed next month

3. Will I get refund of the unused portion?

1. I can confirm your subscription is cancelled.

2. You will not get billed next month.

3. No, refunds are only available for new customers that cancel their subscription within 7 days after subscribing. However, the system stores pro-rated credits based on the number of unused days since the day of unsubbing until the end of the billing period. These can be used (will be automatically applied) to any future invoices and are valid for 1 year since date of creation.
