That official video appears to indicate portia or scrapy is a choice made right after the Project set up button is clicked. But when I replicate that I see no choice to use portia.
So I am all a bit befuddled and confused.
I am not a developer and hence my interest in the gui promise of portia.
Any help appreciated at getting me rolling with hosted portia.
Best wishes

Portia is no longer available as a hosted version for accounts created after August 20th, 2018.
Thanks for noticing the Github mention, I'll remove it.

it is not just on github..lots of other spots too portia is mentioned
And do you now offer any alternate GUI interface style thing to replace the removed portia?
And if portia hosted is no longer available here is it available hosted anywhere else?
Cheers

Most of the Portia articles have a note indicating such, I'll go through the others within our domain and check if there's any mention of them and add the note.
"Portia is a tool that allows you to visually scrape websites without any programming knowledge required"
But then to actually understand install instructions one really needs to be a developer not the "average non technical bloke" portia appeared designed to help. :)
Hi
I am brand new here having arrived via the portia github page which advertised a hosted version of portia.
I have now registered an account here but can't figure out how to access anything to do with the hosted version of portia.
I have searched within support but can't find any answer.
I even saw a video on youtube at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QtZPVUmu3OA

I don't think it's hosted anywhere else, but you can launch and host your own instance following the installation guide: https://portia.readthedocs.io/en/latest/installation.html
