I have been experimenting with crawlera for the last week and have had problems accessing specific sites with it, and would like the refund (I'm still within the 7 days trial period).
The problem is, I tried deleting my account (altinierflavio@gmail.com), the interface said "could not delete account" and now I can't log back in.
Could please confirm that:
1 - My account altinierflavio is deleted
2 - I will have the refund
