Crawlera account stuck in provisioning

hey there, I paid for my subscription an hour ago and my account has not been provisioned yet. it says in the knowledge base that it takes a few minutes and to contact you if the account has not been provisioned after 15 minutes. please advise

Yes, I hope SH / Crawlera will be able to resolve this issue soon. It's been close to 12 hours and I really need to use the service.

Same here , I paid, to get normal support I need to upgrade more ?? and then the account is stuck on provisioning. Please fix asap.

I am currently experiencing this issue- I provisioned an account yesterday and there seems to be no record of it. I've tried again today and have been stuck for an hour.
