Why Crawlera disabled on account&

 Today, the Crawlera and ScrapyCloud on my account were removed. As far as I know, the service is paid till the end of August. How do I find out if I can not send a ticket from my account?

You have an unpaid invoice, we couldn't process it from your PayPal account. Please provide a new payment method and inform us so we can process the unpaid invoice and process the payment.
