What does it say if you try to login after disconnecting from github?

The problem is that if disconnect I cannot login anymore, it does not create a 'local'/scrapinghub account. And if I try to sign up again using the same email it complains that the email already exists.
How can I disconnect my github account and switch to scrapinghub account?

Go to Account settings and then to Connected Accounts or https://app.scrapinghub.com/account/social
