can we change pricing plan dynamicaly due to requests increases suddenly?
is there any api to implement this function ?

You can upgrade your plan at any time to increase the monthly request limit, but you can only downgrade if you haven't exceeded already the number of monthly request of the lower plan for that billing period, eg.: If you used up all of the C10 plan (150,000 requests/month), you can upgrade to a C50 (or higher) to increase the limit to whatever the higher plan's limit is. However if you've used up all of a C50 plan (1,000,000) you cannot downgrade to a C10 for that billing cycle.
There is no API to implement this, you have to do it through the billing portal in the UI.

There is one email notification at 80% and one more at 100%.
